What We Expect of You

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and support SAP CMS solutions for collateral administration, valuation, and lifecycle management;
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications;
  • Support integration between SAP CMS and related systems, including Loan Management, Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), and SAP Accounting modules;
  • Ensure accurate collateral valuation, monitoring, and reporting in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements;
  • Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and implementation projects;
  • Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support;
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk, compliance, and IT teams to optimize collateral processes;
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system and process-related issues;

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3–7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CMS (Collateral Management System);
  • Strong understanding of collateral processes in banking, including real estate, securities, guarantees, and other asset types;
  • Experience integrating SAP CMS with loan management, TRM, and financial/accounting modules;
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate business needs into system solutions;
  • Strong communication and documentation skills;

Preferred Skills & Assets:

  • Knowledge of regulatory and risk management frameworks related to collateral and credit risk;
  • Experience in banking or financial services environments;
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP Banking Services;
  • Project implementation and system enhancement experience;
