What We Expect of You

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement SAP CML solutions to support consumer loans, mortgage loans, and related banking products;
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system designs;
Configure loan contracts, interest calculation methods, payment plans, and securities management;
Ensure seamless integration with SAP Business Partner (BP), FI/CO, and Banking Services modules;
Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities;
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and system issues related to SAP CML processes;
Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery;
Prepare documentation, conduct user training, and support change management initiatives;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

3–7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CML (Loans Management);
Strong knowledge of loan lifecycle management, including contract creation, disbursement, interest calculation, and repayment processes;
Solid understanding of securities/collateral management and loan accounting;
Experience with SAP BP, FI/CO integration, and SAP Banking Services;
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;

Preferred Skills:

Experience in SAP S/4HANA for Financial Services or core banking transformations;
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in retail and mortgage lending;
Exposure to test automation, data migration, and cutover planning;
