What We Expect of You

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions (Embedded or Decentralized).
Conduct requirement analysis sessions and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Design and implement warehouse processes such as inbound, outbound, internal movements, physical inventory, and value-added services.
Configure and integrate EWM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, TM, PP, and QM.
Provide expertise on RF framework, resource management, labor management, MFS (Material Flow System), and Yard Management.
Support end-to-end testing, user training, and post-go-live stabilization.
Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
Lead functional workshops and solution design reviews with business stakeholders.
Guide and mentor junior EWM consultants and ensure project documentation and knowledge transfer.
Stay updated on the latest SAP S/4HANA EWM innovations, tools, and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of SAP consulting experience with at least 3 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation experience.
Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA EWM (Embedded and/or Decentralized).
Experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP EWM implementations.
Strong understanding of warehouse logistics processes and integration with upstream/downstream systems.
Knowledge of integration scenarios with SAP TM, GTS, and other third-party WMS systems.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to lead functional teams and deliver under tight deadlines.
