What We Expect of You

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Implementation
Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP BW/BW on HANA/BW/4HANA solutions.
Translate business requirements into high-quality data models and ETL processes.
Integrate SAP BW with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and external systems.
Data Modeling & ETL
Design and build data flows using DTPs, InfoObjects, ADSOs, CompositeProviders, and Open ODS Views.
Develop extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using SAP Data Services, CDS Views, or native HANA modeling.
Optimize data loading performance and query execution times.
Reporting & Analytics
Support front-end reporting tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), BEx Analyzer, Analysis for Office, or Power BI.
Ensure consistency and accuracy across data sources and reports.
System Administration & Support
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize BW systems and data flows.
Collaborate with Basis and HANA teams on performance tuning and upgrades.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to junior consultants.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align data strategy with enterprise goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP BW/BW on HANA/BW/4HANA.

Technical Expertise:

Strong proficiency in SAP BW architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Experience with SAP HANA modeling (Calculation Views, SQLScript).
Integration experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Data Services, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
Knowledge of ABAP for BW enhancements is a plus.

Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions.
