Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP SD implementations and rollouts, from requirements gathering through to go-live and post-go-live support;.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional SAP SD solutions;
- Configure core SD functionalities including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, and returns processing;
- Ensure seamless integration of SD with other SAP modules such as MM, FI/CO, and PP;
- Work with technical teams to develop and test custom enhancements and interfaces;
- Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and support change management activities;
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for existing SAP SD processes;
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SD configuration and implementation;
- Proven experience in at least two full-cycle SAP SD projects;
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, pricing procedures, billing, output determination, and delivery processing;
- Experience with SAP SD integration with MM, FI, and third-party logistics systems;
- Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable;
NIce to have:
- SAP SD certification;
- Experience with EDI, IDocs, and interfaces;
- Knowledge of CRM or SAP CX integration;
- Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies;
- Experience working in global, multicultural environments;
