3 + years of experience in marketing and sales support roles.
Experience in lead generation, campaign management, and partnership development.
Experience working with the technology industry, specifically related to shaping, selling and/or delivering IT services.
Good networking skills and an inclusive attitude to create and maintain and leverage formal and informal communication networks
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients
Active approach, self-managed and good organized person
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering or related field preferred.

Your responsibilities
Development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
Performing internet-based market research to locate sales insights on targeted companies.
Executing and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Lead qualification and providing an active support to the IBA Sales team.
Cooperation with Marketing department and external providers.
Interacting with IBA delivery department and resource department for competencies.
Bringing awareness of IBA group and about IBA services.
