• 2+ years of experience in backend development using Java
• Spring Boot or Quarkus skills
• Solid BPMN 2.0 knowledge (events, gateways, subprocesses)
• Experience with Camunda 7/8 and REST or Zeebe API
• Integration with external systems (REST, Kafka, DB)
• Analytical thinking
• Experience in mentoring
• Good English
Nice to have:
• Camunda 8 (Zeebe) experience
