What We Expect of You

We are searching for a SAP Sales Manager to join our SAP Team and with the support of Marketing and SAP department contribute to the success of IBA.

Our requirements

  • Proven sales record from selling of SAP services and SAP products and solutions.·       
  • Excellent knowledge of  current customer base in Poland. ·       
  • 3+ years of sales and sales support experience in SAP solutions.·       
  • Experience in selling SAP services (for ex: SAP ERP, CRM, BI, AMS, Upgrades etc.)·       
  • Experience working with the technology industry, specifically related to shaping, selling and/or delivering SAP services.·       
  • Experience in consultative selling services with “use cases” to address specific industry challenges, with hands-on experience in one or more relevant functional areas (e.g. Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance/Controlling, etc.)·       
  • Good networking skills and an inclusive attitude to create and maintain and leverage formal and informal communication networks·       
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients·       
  • Active approach, self-managed and good organized person·       
  • Willingness to travel·       
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Perfect Polish (min. C1)
  • Very good knowledge of English (required min. B1).

Nice to have:

  • Sales experience in the SaaS model (products and services)
  • Specific industry experience (e.g. Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Logistics, FMCG)
  • Experience with SAP S4 Hana
  • SAP certification/s and PM certifications
  • Solution selling and exposure to large SAP deals
  • Communicative German
Project Description

Your responsibilities

  • Revenue generation from selling of IBA SAP services and SAP Products (concrete targets are given)·        Business Development in Poland·        Cooperation with Sales Support Consultant and Marketing department
  • Interact with IBA delivery department and resource department for SAP competencies
  • Bringing awareness of IBA group to big corporations about IBA SAP services
  • Work with tender department to be on vendor list and start receiving of tender invitations
  • Monitoring of delivery project implementation with clients, active conflict resolution and problem solving, escalation of problems to management
