Senior Independent Sales Partner – DACH

IBA Group is looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Independent Sales Partner to expand our presence across the DACH region.
This role is designed for a partner-level sales professional with an established network among mid-size and enterprise industrial companies in Germany - someone who can immediately activate their portfolio, develop strategic relationships, and drive new business opportunities for IBA Group.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in enterprise technology sales, understands complex digital transformation needs, and can position IBA Group’s capabilities across mainframe transformation, application modernization, data, cybersecurity, and AI-driven automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for IBA Group’s priority service lines across the DACH region.
- Build and grow a personal revenue pipeline by leveraging your existing network of decision-makers, C-level executives, IT leaders, and transformation stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise clients, particularly in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, logistics, energy, retail, and related industries.
- Develop joint go-to-market initiatives with partners, clients, and internal IBA Group teams.
- Drive long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and position IBA Group as a trusted technology and transformation partner.
- Represent IBA Group at selected DACH-region industry events, business forums, and technology conferences.
- Collaborate closely with Executive Sales, Inside Sales, Delivery, and European leadership teams to develop client-specific value propositions.
- Translate client business challenges into relevant technology solutions, including legacy modernization, cloud migration, application management, data transformation, cybersecurity, and AI-powered optimization.
- Support negotiations, commercial discussions, proposal development, and closing of complex enterprise deals.
What You Bring:
- A strong and active network within German mid-market and enterprise industrial companies, ideally across manufacturing, automotive, logistics, energy, retail, financial services, or other technology-intensive sectors.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, business development, strategic partnerships, or regional market development.
- Ability to independently generate opportunities, build trust with senior stakeholders, and close complex deals.
- Experience selling IT services, digital transformation, enterprise software, managed services, application modernization, cloud services, data solutions, cybersecurity, or automation programs.
- Strong understanding of how enterprise clients approach technology transformation, vendor selection, outsourcing, and long-term delivery partnerships.
- Business-level fluency in German and English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and value-selling skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of independence, and ability to operate effectively in a partner-level role.
- Passion for innovative technology and the ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business impact.

Location:
Preferred locations: Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf
Flexible across Germany for the right candidate.
Remote work is possible, with regular client meetings and occasional business travel.
Travel: occasional meetings at the IBA Wroclaw office, approximately once every two months.
