IBA Group is looking for a Project Manager based in Croatia, Zagreb area to lead projects of IBA group in the country.
You will be IBA Group's on-site representative – the person the customer talks to, the one who makes sure things get done on time, and the one who keeps all stakeholders aligned.
What You'll Do:
· Act as the single point of the project. The GO TO person for the customer;
· Coordinate contract implementation, keeping customer's staisfaction level high while maintaining the interests of IBA Group;
· Oversee the task management;
· Ensure SLA is met;
· Manage monthly reporting based on daily system reviews;
· Handle handover records and service acceptance documentation;
· Ensure compliance with Croatian law and all contractual obligations;
· Manage and report progress, risks, and issues;
Requirements.
Must have:
· PMP / IPMA Level C / PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent);
· Experience managing IT service delivery or web platform maintenance & development projects;
· Strong English level (C1);
· Croatian language (C1) — all customer communication must be in Croatian;
· Strong stakeholder management skills;
· Comfortable with public procurement environments and formal documentation;
· Proven track of records 5+ projects as PM;
Nice to have:
· Managing multiple projects simultaniosly;
· ITIL 4 Foundation certificate;
· Software development experience;
· Knowledge of Croatian public procurement procedures;
· Experience with ISO 27001;
· GDPR awareness and experience with data processing agreements;
· Background in managing multi-stakeholder public sector contracts;
