Duties:
- Lead requirements gathering, blueprinting, and functional design for Funds Management (PSM-FM) and Budget Control System (BCS) submodules;
- Configure PSM-FM master data (Funds, Fund Centers, Functional Areas, Commitment Items, Budget Structures);
- Perform testing (unit, integration, user acceptance) specifically for budget control scenarios, including negative flows;
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders;
Competencies:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PSM-FM / BCS implementations in Public Sector or Government environments;
- Strong functional understanding of public sector budgeting processes, commitment accounting, fiscal control, and legal compliance;
