What We Expect of You

Duties:
- The consultant(s) will take part in Pre-sales process, presentations to client stakeholders;
- The consultant(s) will work closely with client’s central IT team, business process owners, and SAP implementation partners to ensure smooth design, rollout, training, and support of SAP functionalities tailored to client's business model and industry needs;
- Lead or support the rollout of SAP PP, CO, and/or PM modules across business units;
- Conduct process analysis, system configuration, and integration testing for module-specific workflows;
- Collaborate with key users and business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to SAP best practices;
- Perform system localization to meet Croatian legal and business requirements;
- Ensure master data migration and integrity across legacy and SAP systems;
- Support training delivery and change management activities for end-users;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for inter-module integration (e.g., MM, SD, FI);
- Provide go-live and post-go-live support;
- Document all configuration and process changes per project governance standards;

Competencies:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP experience in at least one of the following modules: PP, CO, PM;
- Proven track record in SAP implementations and rollouts in energy sector;
- Showcase expertise in implementing SAP for discrete manufacturing (especially Engineer-to-Order);
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA ;
- Familiarity with Croatian regulatory and business requirements is a strong plus;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Fluency in English required; Croatian language skills strongly preferred;
- SAP Certification in relevant modules is an asset;

Additional Information: 50-70% presents in Croatia is requested;
