Duties:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements;
- Configure SAP IS-U modules including Billing, Customer Service, Device Management and Work Management;
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems (Intercompany Data Exchange);
- Develop user guides, training materials, and process documentation for SAP IS-U solutions;
- Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure effective adoption;
Competencies:
- SAP Certified Associate - Utilities with SAP ERP
