What We Expect of You

Main responsibilities

  • Business Development in Bulgaria with support of our Business Development Department located in HQ;
  • Account Management for clients which are generated in Bulgaria and CEE region (it can be the case that with new bigger clients which are acquired we will need sales support which should constantly work with client);
  • Interaction with IBA technical departments and support them in presales process;
  • Monitoring of technical project implementation with clients, active conflict resolution and problem solving;

What do you focus on during the first 6 to 12 months?

  • Organise meeting and present IBA GROUP in all Oil and Gas , Utlity and other companies in Bulgaria;
  • Increase of current revenue in IBA in 1st 12 months;
  • Active work in understanding of IBA competencies in SAP, IBM and other technology areas;

Project Description

We are searching for a Sales Manager to join our Team and with the support of Marketing and Sales department contribute to the success of IBA.

Primary objectives of the position: Generate revenue from Bulgaria in SAP technology stack (1st Priority).

Start generating opportunities for IBM stack technologies overall

Bring awareness in Oil and Gas clients in Bulgaria that IBA is competent IT Development company.
