What We Expect of You
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR.
  • Higher education in management, human resources, or other similar education.
  • Experience in developing internal regulations.
  • Experience in CSR activities and events organization.
  • Successful experience in maintaining documentation and the HR database.
  • Excellent communication skills, responsibility, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English, Lithuanian, and Russian.
  • Knowledge of Lithuanian labor law will be a plus.
Project Description

We seek an HR Manager to join our international team in the Vilnius office. The company hires 70+ people locally and 1500+ globally. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for operational tasks, employee relations, recruitment and management of the corporate events.

Your responsibilities

  • Cooperation with the international HR global team and the managers.
  • Managing communication channels and FAQs for employees.
  • Leave management support.
  • Implementation of occupational health and fire safety procedures.
  • Support of the company benefit package and organizing events.
  • Recruitment according to requests.
  • Onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Annual Employee Satisfaction Survey analytics.
  • Development of instructions to facilitate adaptation.
